*14 days return policy on items, if in new and unused condition.

**Personalised and made to order items ie. uniforms, event t-shirts are NON-REFUNDABLE

Shipping and collection policy
Collection 
If you have chosen free collection for your order, this must be from a training session and time listed below; once training has begun, coaches will not, under any circumstances, be able to sort collection. 

Most stocked items will take approximately 3 working days to be available for collection. 

Please add up to an additional 3 days for personalised items.

Made-to-order items will be on their own time scale, dependant on our suppliers. Please ensure you are happy with the potential prolonged time frame prior to ordering.

If you fail to collect your order on the arranged day/time, this may cause a delay to you receiving your order.

Collection times available 

Monday evenings (Aylesford School, Aylesford) between 7pm-7.15pm

Wednesday evenings (Towers School, Ashford) between 6pm-7pm

Thursday evenings (Towers School, Ashford) between 5.45pm-6.00pm

Shipping
Once processed and ready, all orders will be delivered through Royal Mail’s UK standard delivery either 1st or 2nd class (option available at checkout).
Please note, we are not responsible for any issues caused by Royal Mail on the safe and timely arrival of your parcel. Any complaints must be taken up with Royal Mail directly.
